If You want to remove(Powered By Blogger) from your blog just follow these steps.


Step 1 Open dashboad, go to Template > Edit HTML


Step 2    Press Ctrl+F in anywhere in HTML Codding


Step 3    Find <Head> Tag in serch box

Codding

display: none;
}
</style>
Step 4   Paste the above codding  just above the <head> Tag


Step 5         Then Just Click On Save Template
